ROCK with RONY is a weekly music series aired by Asianet Plus on sundays at 5 pm IST. The show features the favorite songs of yester years along with the current music trends performed to perfection with added information on the lives of those great artists, songs and the story behind them. Each episode features songs belonging to the 1960s to date performed by Rony in front of a live audience. The songs featured are hit singles from different genres of music namely rock n roll, blues, reggae, rock, jazz and so on featuring live performance with a detailed verbal description of the song by Rony with photos and additional information on each song. The series aims at educating the audience with regard to the history and success of each song. The live audience gets a chance to vote for their favourite song that shall be performed right away. The show also encourages viewers to ask for songs by email, sms, post and the most requested song is performed in the next episode which is called ‘song of the day’.

Fantastic show, great stuff. I especially like the sit down studio jam format, and all the general info on the tracks and music info that Rony passes alsong. Would like to hear more current stuff especially the slower stuff, which seems to be Rony's forte.

WOW cool man! thank you for singing my love by westlife. We never thought you guys sing our request. Now we should request you to sing more of our favourites. We know most of the songs you sing except for a few. Maybe you should sing more of the latest tracks.
